Lee Wick Farm Cottages & Glamping

Lee Wick Farm offers three MegaPods perfect for short breaks of one or two nights or for longer stays to tour the local area.
The MegaPods sleep up to 4 people, but are perfect for just one or two. They are situated in a quiet paddock away from the main farm.
Inside you will find a double bed and a double sofa bed and either an internal wet room (loo, sink and shower) in Pods 2 and 3 or an internal loo and sink and an external solar powered shower shed for it’s sole use next to Pod 1. There is a small kitchen area, with sink, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge plus a table and chairs. Outside there is a deck with BBQ, table and chairs plus a fire pit on the grass beside the Pods. The perfect way to end the day after a day’s biking, is sitting on the deck, watching the sunset over the sea with a drink and a barbie!

Alternatively there are also two cottages available for larger groups.
The Cart Lodge (sleeps up to 11 or 12 people) has a large entrance hall from which there is a large utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes airer), leading from the entrance hall is the kitchen, dining room and the large lounge.
The accommodation offers a large downstairs family bedroom (double and single beds) with en suite shower room all with full wheelchair access. On the first floor there are two twin rooms, one double room with en suite and a large gallery with sofa bed. The views over the marshes and Colne / Blackwater estuaries are excellent from the gallery.
Stable Cottage (sleeps from 2 to 7 people) provides a double bedroom and a twin bed room both with en suite showers plus a double sofa bed. There is a large garden and patio area with wonderful views across open fields to the sea.

The farm specialises in growing around 180 acres of potatoes plus a small acreage of cereals.
However, over the years the need to diversify has resulted in the development of a fishing club, stabling for around 18 horses and now holiday cottages and Pods.
Farming is the mainstay for the family but now augmented by numerous other activities, if you’re enjoying your holiday at Lee Wick Farm, come and say hello and collect a free sample of spuds!

New for 2014 is the addition of our CargoPod, this is currently in the build stages but should be ready by Easter 2014. It can sleep up to 4 people but is more spacious than our MegaPods.
