Two minutes from Torbay, Beach, Pier, and Harbour
There are many Shops, Restaurants, Cafes, Pubs, Theatre and Cinema within a short level walk of the Guesthouse also The Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway. There are excellent public transport connections throughout Paignton the No12 bus runs from Brixham to Torquay and Newton Abbot on a very regular basis, there are also good links to other parts of South Devon.
- Our comfortable Guest Lounge has a modern 37 inch colour Freeview TV with Video, DVD and CD player, and a range of Videos for the children. Some DVDs and a selection of Cds.
- Our Sun Lounge overlooks Queens Park from where you can watch cricket or rugby (season dependant) and also overlooks the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway. There is also a selection of books and games available during your stay.
- The Terrace where you can sit outside in the sunshine and enjoy the view. Looking over Queens Park watching the cricket or rugby.
We are strictly a NO SMOKING establishment. There is a smoking area outside on the terrace.
Anyone found smoking in the guesthouse will be asked to leave and will incur costs of a £100 for cleaning.

Accommodation Facilities
Here at the Ashleigh all our luxury rooms are comfortable and homely, each room having En-Suite fitted with showers, and some having the choice of a Bath. Complimentary toiletries are supplied for your comfort.Each room contain a choice of teas and coffee and hot chocolate, a mini fridge with fresh milk, a carafe of fresh water a modern flat screen TV with Freeview and hair dryer. The use of an iron and ironing board if required.
- Your room will be ready by 2.00pm on day of arrival, Departure is usually 10.00am

The Ashleigh is a lovely Victorian building, A 4 Star rated family run guest accommodation, centrally located, overlooking Queens Park Rugby and Cricket ground with views of the Steam Railway, we are within a short level walking distance from the mainline Rail/ Bus stations, Coach Terminal and Town Centre.Two minutes walk through Torbay Park is the Esplanade, Beach, Pier, Cinema and Harbour. Within a short stroll is Preston sands, Goodrington Bay, Victoria Park and Gardens, Roundham Gardens.
