Luxury lakeside holiday cottages

At Blagdon Farm we have 8 luxury holiday lodges overlooking our own 1.5 acre coarse fishing lake set in 10 acres of stunning Devon countryside, within a few minutes of the North Cornish and North Devon beaches. All our lodges are South facing with private terraces enjoying magnificent views over the lake to the rolling Devon fields and woodland beyond. Lodges have individually controlled gas central heating and double glazing, and are equipped with ovens, fridge/freezers, microwaves, washer dryers and dishwashers. There are HD TVs in each lounge and in the master bedroom of the two bedroom lodges. Two bedroom lodges have a master double and a second twin bedroom and some have a sofa bed in the lounge (suitable for 1 adult or 2 children). One bedroom lodges have a master double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Each lodge has a large covered porch area which is perfect for storing bikes, surf equipment and walking boots.

We also have a Caravan Club Certificated Location site with 1 hard standing and 4 grass pitches each with electric hook up, as well as showers, toilets, chemical disposal and mains fresh water.

Facilities on site include:
Heated indoor swimming pool (open from April until end October and again during December),
1.5 acre coarse fishing lake stocked with Carp Rudd, Roach, Golden Orfe, Perch and Golden Tench,
Fully-equipped games room featuring a pool table, x-box, table tennis, book and games library, and mini table soccer
Licensed bar serving a wide range of spirits, wines and beers including local Holsworthy Brewery Ales
