Trelan, Trevone, Cornwall
A recently refurbished bungalow in the centre of the village of Trevone. Available all year round for short breaks and longer holidays.
The bungalow is light and airy, the living area faces west and enjoys fantastic sunsets, and sea glimpses.
Trelan has an open aspect, and is uncluttered, with books and games on the shelves ... wooden floors and clean walls give the open plan space a spacious feeling.
The bathroom has a bath and large shower. The bedrooms are comfy but not frilly.

Accommodation Facilities
Trelan is modern, bright and well equipped through out. It has 2 bedrooms one king the other a twin that can also be made into a king.The shared living area is open plan with views to the sea in the distance
Outside you have your own designated parking and an enclosed garden.
The property has WiFi, Smart TV, books, games,maps and local information.
I live next door and am on call, should you need me.

Location
Trevone is a small village on the North Coast of Cornwall, a couple of miles South of Padstow and about 10 miles North of Newquay.The village itself has a shop, a pub and a sandy beach all within a few minutes walk of the bungalow.
It has a local village shop where you can order all the provisions you need for a day on Trevone Beach .... it also has fresh croissants for that special holiday breakfast...the almond ones are my particular favourite!
It also has daily deliveries of all your barbecuing needs!
The shop at the beach sells ice creams and coffee, and hires all the equipment you may need to enjoy your day, including surfboards and SUP boards. In the summer it also offers an evening menu in its beachside cafe.
Padstow is a 30 min walk across fields along a footpath, or a 2 hour walk around the cliffs, a perfect circular walk, with magnificent views!
