Alison and Bill welcome you to Glede Knowe guest house, a friendly and relaxing high quality bed and breakfast in the Scottish Borders, Scotland`s best short break destination.
The Scottish Borders offers an unparalleled range of things to do and see all within easy driving distance of the house. Just 28 Miles south of Edinburgh, in the beautiful Tweed Valley, Innerleithen is ideally positioned as a central base from which to tour the Borders whether by car or by cycle.
We provide bikers, fishermen, golfers and walkers with secure storage/workspace and power wash facilities for bikes and other sports equipment. We will also happily offer early breakfasts and provide packed lunches with a little prior notice.
We have been looking after guests for over 20 years, and our aim is to help make your stay in the Borders an enjoyable and memorable one. We look forward to welcoming you to Glede Knowe guest house.

Our guest house is large enough to provide you with all of the comforts you enjoy on holiday, but also small enough to retain the atmosphere of a traditional family house. There are currently five lovely bedrooms, all ensuite, offering a mix of double, family, and twin accommodation, all with colour TV, tea/coffee trays and hair dryers.
Glede Knowe guest house is set in around an acre of mature grounds, and has ample off-street parking. There are good, lockable storage/workshop facilities for bikes, golf clubs, etc, power washing facilities and a small drying room in the house.
We welcome well-behaved pets, but please bring bedding with you.
Glede Knowe is non-smoking throughout, in accordance with Scottish legislation.

Set in the village of Innerleithen, near Peebles, we provide excellent accommodation, including a large, comfortable dining room/lounge where guests can relax after an enjoyable day in the surrounding countryside.
