At Burnbrae we have 3 well equipped, light & airy self catering, one bedroomed holiday cottages in the heart of the Scottish Borders, 3 miles north of Kelso. All on one level.
Each cottage ideal for 2 people (extra beds available), has a spacious living room with wood burning stove & heating throughout. Free fibre Wi-Fi is included. The separate kitchens are well equipped with fridge freezer, hob, microwave and oven or combination oven.
Each cottage has a private south-facing conservatory, garden and patio with views to Tweed valley & Cheviots.

Accommodation Facilities
We have a lockable bike shed for which we can lend you the key for the duration of your stay.Each cottage has a heated drying room. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier for the use of guests. Near the cottages there is a hose where bikes can be washed.
Bed linen,towels, toiletries are supplied. There is an detailed inventory on our website, so you don’t need to carry what is already in your cottage.
