Fancy staying somewhere with connections to a legend in motorbike racing history? We have Barry Sheene’s ex-race transporter (between 1980-84 - provenance available), which we have converted into living accommodation for either bed and breakfast (Chambre d’Hote) or self-catering stays and recently restored to its original Team Suzuki livery.
The transporter is parked on the edge of our 2 acre lake which itself is set within our 5 acre grounds. The lake does contain Carp so if you fancy trying your hand at a bit of recreational fishing please feel free!
There is a small cloakroom with toilet and sink in the transporter, with a fully equipped shower room being located in a nearby building.
The transporter is parked on the edge of our lake and there is a large awning over the outside seating area to keep the sun off (or rain if you’re unlucky!). There is a barbecue available if required. The tail lift of the transporter projects over the lake and has been decked as a seating area.
We have a large workshop which can be used for secure bike parking and any running repairs you may need to carry out!
There is dry storage for bulky items (ie panniers, tank bags, etc) in the belly lockers.
Hot & cold running water available alongside the transporter and bucket, shampoo, sponge & chamois leather provided.
Laundry and grocery service available on request.

Accommodation Facilities
The accommodation is in a dormitory style with 2 single beds and a sofa bed which opens out to a full size double bed. We can add an additional single bed to sleep 4 if required.There is satellite TV with DVD player and a large selection of DVDs is available.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The small kitchen area is well equipped, with fridge, gas oven/hob, kettle, microwave and toaster, together with all the cutlery, crockery, pans, cooking utensils, etc required if you wish to rent the transporter on a self catering basis.
