La Fenice è situata in cima ad una collina (450 m s.l.m.), facilmente raggiungibile tramite strada asfaltata, circondata da un podere di quasi 150.000 mq.
Nel podere si producono prodotti nostrani come olio extra vergine, vino, frutta e legumi.
La posizione sopraelevata permette un panorama a 360° che spazia dal mare sottostante alle colline dell’entroterra, garantendo massima tranquillità e riposo.

La Fenice is situated on top of a hill (450 m asl), which is easily accessible by paved road, surrounded by an estate of nearly 150,000 square meters.
In the farm we produce local products such as olive oil, wine, fruit and vegetables.
