Tucked between the market town of Haddington and the peaceful villages of Garvald and Gifford, The Muckle Snug self-catering cottage is the ideal base from which to explore this beautiful corner of Scotland.
Our recently-converted, two-bedroom cottage offers all the modern comforts and is well equipped for the cyclist, with a washer-drier, drying room, lockable shed and workshop space. There’s also your own enclosed garden and private deck for you to enjoy the stunning views across open fields towards Traprain Law, Berwick Law and the Bass Rock.
There’s wifi, an HD TV and DVD player, and now a large fire pit from which to enjoy the rural seclusion and cook up your dinner.
For the larger party, The Muckle Snug can be booked with The Wee Bothy alongside, providing modern, comfortable accommodation for up to nine guests.
