B&B, - with a New Zealand twist

Les Petits Gallais is a newly refurbished 5 bedroom B&B in rural Brittany. It is run by Ian Fitzwater and Sophie Gallais.
Both Ian and Sophie have many years experience in the B&B industry in New Zealand.

Our location offers an opportunity to base yourself in one place and radiate out to different locations in the region, and we have plenty of local knowledge to help you find those special places that only living somewhere can bring.

Riding through to their courtyard in the peaceful village of Saint-Carreuc, Britanny, Les Petits Gallais B&B had instant appeal. Run by the super friendly and down-to-earth couple, Ian Fitzwater and Sophie Gallais, their friendly welcome put us instantly at ease. After spending 4 days camping in the pouring rain for the Le Mans MotoGP, this B&B was just heaven! The food, hospitality and room were second to none. Homemade breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the room was clean, spacious with modern bathroom fittings. Log fire burning each night and plenty of bike mags to read, ideal! But for me what made this place stand out was the owners. Nothing was too much trouble, Ian is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to great rides and places to visit in Brittany. With the B&B ideally located to access all coasts and inland places of interest alike. I even had an issue with my bike which Ian sorted no problem. There was parking for our bikes and he even offered a GPS with a tailored route each day taking the hassle out of the rides and left us to enjoy the beautiful and mostly car free smooth roads!

We stayed from Mon 20th - Thu 23rd May 2013, a couple on 2 bikes.
