Le Chat Bleu welcoming you warmly to heart of brittany
Bed & Breakfast
Plounevez-Quintin
Our former station hotel set back off the main route south from St Brieuc has three guest rooms on the first floor above what was once the village sports bar. For our visitors the bar remains available for drinks of most kinds, cold or hot. Home cooked food is served at the old breton table or outside during the summer season. Whether your preference is a french breakfast of jams and coissants from the boulangerie just metres away or an english style blow-out, Jane can set you up for the day, pack you off with a picnic to have in some beautiful spot, or welcome you home after a day out with meals from snack to formal dinner made with love. (Notice in advance essential) Also sold are postcards and gifts of regional products. Log-burner , sofas, up to date tourist information and local knowledge as well as games, toys and everything to make visits as comfy & enjoyable as they should be are in the communal bar area.
Looking forward to meeting you soon!!! best wishes, Jane & Bike-lover Paul

Floral towns like Quintin and Pontivy both within a half hour drive are great trips out.
If you like museums within 20 minutes are two museums, one to the memory of wartime resistance fighters- breton and english, the other is a reconstructed village school of yesteryear...theres always something to learn about. And, as Le Chat Bleu receives a day by day calendar of touristic events so you won’t go short on things to do during your stay.
