Casita de la Luna is a character detached villa situated in the countryside outside the hilltop village of Finestrat and set in a dramatic scenic area.
The house has stunning mountain views with a private solar heated swimming pool and spacious sun bathing areas.
The house has WiFi/Internet connections and mobile telephone communications. A satellite TV system with all UK channels and all sport channels (Sky, Setanta, BT etc) is provided. It has an efficient wood burning fire and 2 mobile gas heaters therefore keeping it warm in the winter.
It is tastefully decorated throughout and comprises of a split level ’L’ shaped lounge/dining area with a top quality sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Therefore sleeping a maximum of 6 people in comfort.
From the lounge, double french windows open out into a most spacious and cool, covered terrace with rattan furniture and breathtaking views of the Puig Campana Mountain (1,410 metres in height).
It also has spacious external areas for dining and relaxing and taking in the amazing views. There is also a log store.
There is spacious,secure and alarmed indoor storage for cycles and equipment.

Location
For those people who enjoy walking, hiking and cycling, the villa is situated in the perfect location. The house is situated in one of the most popular international cycling training areas in Europe and close to the Vuelta de Espana 2016 course with all it’s amazing scenic climbs.There is no need to drive to experience some of the best cycling, walking and climbing routes to suit all ages and abilities. It is also ideal for golfers as there are two new 18 hole golf courses at the Vilaitana Resort. These Championship courses were designed by Jack Nicklaus and are only 10 minutes drive away. There is a new golf course on the edge of Finestrat village nearing completion which should be open 2017.Casita de la Luna is set in the countryside yet only 4 kms from the hilltop village of Finestrat and 12 kms from the blue flag awarded beach and bay of Cala Finstrat.
At Cala Finestrat there are 4 large supermarkets, shops,bars, restaurants, petrol stations and a large shopping mall with all the designer shops.
The village of Finestrat has all amenities such as bars, restaurants, banks, chemist, post office and doctors medical centre.
Casita de la Luna is the ideal place for those who want peace and tranquility yet all amenities nearby.
