We are open Monday to Saturday all year and also open on Sundays between March and October. Drover Cycles is a fully stocked bike shop and hire centre, with a large fleet of road, touring and mountain bikes. We offer bike sales, repairs, parts, accessories and our friendly tech team will always do everything possible to get a stranded cyclist back on the road. Touring cyclists are always welcome to pop in for a chat and a cup of tea - especially if heading up into the Black Mountains on the punishing Route 42, which runs right past our shop!

About Drover Cycles
We offer repairs, servicing and bike builds at our well-equipped workshop in Hay on Wye. Our mechanic has extensive knowledge and experience across the broad spectrum including work with top professional teams – so you can be confident your bike is in safe hands!We do our best to carry out emergency repairs on the same day, provided they are minor. For all non-emergency servicing and repairs please book your bike in – either in person by dropping in to the Drover Cycles shop, by phone or email, where we will advise you of the current turnaround time. Summer is a particularly busy time for us!
If you are booking your bike in for a specific service or job, we will advise you of the cost for labour and any parts. If during the course of the work, we come across anything not covered by the service booked we will call you to advise you. No extra work will be carried out or parts fitted unless we have your consent.
Location
If approaching from the Brecon direction (West) you will enter Hay on the B4350. Enter Hay and, just as the road swings to the left, look out for a turning on the right. This is Forest Road. Turn right here and you will soon see our sign up ahead of you. If you take the A438, turn off at Clyro and follow the B4351 into Hay. Cross the bridge over the River Wye and turn right at The Three Tuns. Drive up the hill and keep straight ahead at the top. Pass The Swan Hotel on your right and now look out for a turn on your left. This is Forest Road. Turn here and you will soon see our sign up ahead of you.Contact:
