Situated within the conservation town of Dunbar amidst stunning countryside and in a great coastal location. Dunbar is a historic town and the birthplace of John Muir, the American environmentalist. Visit the beautiful High Street and harbour area as well as John Muir’s Birthplace and Town House Museum. However Dunbar is more than just a day trip - with a huge range of outdoor activities located within the local area it is well worth basing yourself here for a few days.
